Famous Dave's has some new competition. Dave's is from Minnesota. Corkey's is from Memphis. Corkey's is true Southern-style BBQ. Owner and East Peoria developer Gary Matthews discoverd Corkey's while visiting Memphis three years ago. Thank him for bringing it to Central Illinois.
