Dolphin Cove is part of the Rainbow Cove Marina. The restaurant opened in July of 2006. They have done a good job making sure the food is good. It is all deli-style. The signature item is the deviled egg. You get one with each order. There is the hot deviled egg and the sweet deviled egg. I liked the egg with a kick. And the view over the Illinois River is worth stopping by for a beer, which we did not enjoy. (We were on company time.)
