Want to impress your dinner guests with a great dessert?

Here's a simple recipe for Panna Cotta from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse,

Chef Jeff shows you just how easy the Italian "cooked cream" is to make.

Ingredients:
4 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp
6 Tbsp water

* mix water and gelatin first, set it to the side
* bring cream to boil on stove top, mix in sugar and vanilla, then add gelatin mixture and mix well
* pour custard into cups, let cool
* top with fruit and fresh mint
* takes 2-4 hours
