We both think this place wll thrive. The owners rattled off a resume of restaruant experience. They had been looking at another vacant building in town when Bennigan's closed. Developer Larry Hundman said if they would open, he'd buy the building at auction after Bennigan's delcared bankruptcy. Biggest menu I've seen in years.
This is worth the drive for anyone in Peoria. Lee Ranson suggested he may not be interested when I told him they don't have alcohol. Denise the owner said 75% of the customers like the no-booze menu. 25% complain or turn around and go right back out the door.
