Beignet's Left Overs

This is another classic, locally owned and operated restaurant.

Landlord Pat Sullivan is helping them get on their feet. He's acting as a business mentor and cheerleader.

Beignet's is the only restaurant in the Tri-County area where you can find authentic Cajun cuisine.

They have really toned it down for the Peoria pallet. But seem excited to spice it up for the customer who wants a real taste of the hot-South.

I would have loved a beer with the crawfish. But it was lunch. I still had to write, edit, and anchor the news in the evening. I'll go back when I don't have to go back to work!
