This is a classic "You Gotta Eat" restaurant. Father and son running the place. The owners wife and ex-wife were both working side by side. When the dad is not at the restaurant, he's driving a truck. Real salt of the earth folks making a go of it.
People like them are what makes YGE such a successful franchise.
I live in Washington and had heard from neighbors and others about their BBQ. I went with my family three weeks ago to do some "research." It was good then and good again today.
