PEORIA, Ill. -- A physical therapy group is showcasing technology used by the U.S. Olympic Team to help local recreational athletes improve their stride.

Sandy Gallant headed over to Accelerated Rehabilitation Center on Prospect in Peoria to learn all about 'Dartfish' in this week's Get Fit Friday.
