PEORIA, Ill. -- A treatment offered at a rehabilitation center in Peoria is helping heal the nagging pain associated with fitness-related injuries.

It's called Astym, and physical therapists say it helps get rid of scar tissue problems from old injuries.

Sandy Gallant headed over to Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers to try out Astym in this week's Get Fit Friday.
