Deb McCann said "I went from a 12 pack a day to one every couple of weeks. I gradually cut one out at a time decreasing weekly. I still give myself a treat occasionally. I drink lots of flavored water."
Diane Weigler Buchanan said "I've been giving up soda too & have switched to tea & water. I've started flavoring it with Mio. So far so good...I like the peach tea flavor. I still "treat" myself with an occasional soda when eating out but no more daily sodas!"
