Backyard Burger
Yields 4

Ingredients
1 pound grass fed ground beef
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 shallot finely minced
Jalapeño Cheddar Baking Stone Bread

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and form into four 1-inch-thick patties. Grill to your preferred doneness. Serve open-faced on Jalapeño Cheddar Baking Stone Bread with Curtis Stone Chimichurri Sauce.

Turkey Burger
Yields 4

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey breast
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
4 green onion, diced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 ½ teaspoon paprika
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 avocado
4 tomato slices
Arugula
Asiago Baking Stone Bread

Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl and form into four 1-inch-thick patties. Grill approximately 8 minutes (4 minutes per side). Serve open-faced on Asiago Baking Stone Bread with arugula, tomato and an avocado fan.

Dijon Horseradish Salmon Burger
Yields 4

Ingredients
1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1/4-inch pieces (about 2 1/4 cups)
4 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon drained small capers
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
Olive oil
4 tomato slices
Arugula
Parmesan Black Pepper Baking Stone Bread

Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix breadcrumbs into salmon mixture. Form into four 1-inch-thick patties. Drizzle large skillet with olive oil and turn on to medium-high heat. Add salmon patties; cook until just firm to touch and brown and crusty, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve open-faced on Parmesan Black Pepper Baking Stone Bread with arugula and tomato.
