HOI 19 Kids Count and CEFCU will award $1,000 grants bi-weekly to Heart of Illinois classrooms. If you know of classroom that is in need of money for supplies, classroom tools or other educational necessities then apply for an HOI 19 Kids Count One Class at a Time Grant on our website cinewsnow.com/features and click on the ONE CLASS tab. Grant application forms can also be picked up at WHOI-TV during normal business hours.
