Hawaiian Cheese Ball
Ingredients
1 package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple
½ cup ham, shredded
¼ cup green onion, chopped
¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pecans in a bowl. Pour pecans in a separate bowl and set aside. Form cream cheese mixture into a ball and roll in pecans. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Chocolate Cream Cheese Ball
Ingredients
1 package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons PB2
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons toffee chips
1 cup almond slivers
½ cup crushed banana chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients except almonds and banana chips in bowl. Pour almonds and banana chips in a bowl and set aside. Form cream cheese mixture into a ball and roll in almond/banana mixture. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with chocolate covered banana chips.

Crab cakes
Ingredients
1 pound crab meat
1/3 cup Hy-Vee snack crackers, crushed
1 egg
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
5 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Heat 3 tablespoons butter or canola oil in a pan. Form crab mixture in small half dollar size cakes and place in hot pan. Cook over medium heat for approximately one minute per side. Remove and place on paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve each on a leaf of endive.
