But dietitians are suggesting these fun alternatives: Instead of cheese dip, stack your line up with hummus, salsa and guacamole.

Don't pack on calories with fried chicken wings, instead bake small marinate drumsticks.

But you are sure to score with melted dark chocolate to dip fresh fruit in.
