PEORIA, Ill. -- Health experts say we are nation that is rapidly turning super-sized.

Food portions at many restaurant chains are notoriously big, but a local doctor says far too often meals made in our own kitchens are too large too.

Sandy Gallant talked with Dr. John Miller at Methodist Medical Center about portion size in this week's Get Fit Friday.
