Healthwatch: Living History Program

For many doctors and nurses, the most they ever know about a patient comes from a medical chart, but Unity Point Health Methodist wants to change that.

Thanks to a new program called "Living History" hospital staff can learn more about a patient's life through a specialized biography.

We got a chance to sit down and talk with Volunteer Services Coordinator Tammie Speck, and Volunteer Jan Bellamy to learn more about this unique program.
