A new report warns of a hike in cancer cases worldwide.

According to the World Health Organization, the number of new cancer cases could rise to 20 million a year by 2025.

Scientists are seeing a rise in cancers in low-income and middle-income nations, where access to treatment may be scarce.

More than 60-percent of total cancer cases occur in Africa, Asia, Central America and South America.
