Parents not in favor of school ban on nuts

Most parents of school age children do not favor a ban on nuts in the cafeteria, even those with allergic kids.

A University of Michigan survey of 800 parents found almost half of those with nut-allergic children prefer their kids eat in a lunchroom with no special seating or nut restrictions.

Only 22% thought nut products should be banned altogether.
