Whole milk versus skim, have you ever wondered which is better?

Recent studies show consuming high dairy fat could help adults avoid getting fat.

Sounds counter-intuitive but researchers said their study showed middle age men who consume whole milk, butter and cream were less likely to be obese over 12 years compared to those you drank skim.

A cardiologist disagreed saying the saturated fats put you at greater risk for heart disease.
