Study: sweets for breakfast won't break your diet

Go ahead and eat that Valentine cupcake for breakfast...it may not break your diet after all.

In fact, research shows eating dessert with breakfast might actually help you shed pounds.

A study from Tel Aviv University found those who ate sweets in addition to a high-protein breakfast lost more weight than those who never indulged.

It may be that metabolism is more active in the morning, and that indulging a little makes you less likely to crave sugary snakes later on.
