Two large meals may be key for diabetic weight loss

Eating two large meals a day might be the answer for type II diabetics who are trying to lose weight.

Researchers in the Czech Republic studied two groups of diabetic adults.

The researchers found those who ate two meals lost three pounds more than those who ate several meals.

They also lost more inches from their waistline.
