Women diagnosed with breast cancer should either get exercising or keep exercising. That's the message from a new study in Springer's Journal of Cancer Survivorship.

Ohio State University researchers studied more than 500 women who had survived breast cancer.

The study found that the intensity and the amount of physical activity you do before and after cancer treatment can affect future symptoms and your quality of life.

It is the 25th of the month, so do your breast self-exam and remind a buddy to do hers as well. Click on Buddy Check 25 for more information.

And don't forget to tune in to our Race for the Cure special on Sunday June 3rd. You can watch the half-hour show right after the Children's Miracle Network Telethon.
