Peoria, Ill. -- It was all about Lebanese Food this weekend for the 38th annual Lebanese Food Festival.

The festival, at St. Sharbel Church, featured an authentic Lebanese dinner, baked goods, a silent auction and music.

The good food isn't the only reason people come back year after year.

"The world can sometimes be a little bit cold and disenchanted, but if you look out and scan the crowd you will see all smiling faces. Letting people know that every culture has something to offer," said Laurice Joseph, MC of Lebanese Food Festival.

Nearly 3,000 guests were expected to attend this years festival.
