Arrest warrants issued in Streator armed robbery

UPDATE: Damon T. Garrabrant was arrested in Brooksville, Fla. on a LaSalle County warrant.

UPDATE: Sean J. Garrabrant, 32, was arrested approximately 10 p.m. by the LaSalle County Sheriff's office.

STREATOR, Ill. -- Two arrest warrants have been issued for brothers Damon T. Garrabrant, 34, and Sean J. Garrabrant, 32, for an armed robbery in Streator last week.

Both men are charged with a Class-X Felony.

The charges stem from an investigation into the robbery that took place on May 27, at the Tobacco Store, located at 2202 N. Bloomington St. in Streator.

The suspects left with an undisclosed amount of money then stole a 2007 White Ford F-150 from the Star Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership before fleeing the area.
