BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – Police have arrested a Bloomington man for Possession of Child Pornography.

Andrew Hamm, 18, was arrested Thursday by members of the Bloomington Police Department’s Cybercrime Unit on a $250,000 McLean County warrant.

Hamm’s arrest was part of an investigation by the BPD Cybercrime Unit and the U.S. Secret Service into the downloading of files depicting the sexual abuse of children.

Hamm is the second man arrested by the BPD Cybercrime Unit in the past two weeks.
