WASHINGTON, Ill. -- Parents affected by the tornadoes are encouraged to pick up a holiday gift for their child at the "Convoy of Toys."

The event took place Sunday at Central Primary School, but organizers said they still have plenty of toys and household items.

The toys were donated by "Cindy's Santas", a group from Chicago.

The gifts are available on a first come, first served basis at the former Resource Center at 117 Peoria Street in Washington.
