The Crittenton Crisis Nursery is Fired Up Thursday about items you donated to our Fill the Crib campaign.

Items were picked up today from the Fired Up store in Peoria Heights.

The store manager Heather Hogan says the store is a family business so getting involved in the Fill the Crib campaign was a perfect fit. She says donating diapers and formula and other needed nursery items at her store is a win-win for everyone.

"Customers print off a coupon from our website and they receive 20-percent off one piece of pottery when they donate baby items," said manager Heather Hogan.

And Crittenton Centers is so thankful for the communities generosity.

"We're offering a free service to the community and wow do they use a lot of diapers and formula when they're there. So we are extremely thankful that the community comes and helps us out," said Jennifer Simmons with Crittenton Centers.

There is still time left for you to donate to the fill the Crib campaign. For a complete list of drop off locations and needs for the nursery click on the Feature link on this web page.
