Daniel Cleary is charged with the 2008 murder of his wife, MeLisa.

Thursday, an Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigator testified that
blood splatter was found inside the garage at the Cleary home in Mackinaw.

Master Sgt. Michael Oyer said that blood spots were found on the floor and the inside of an overhead garage well as inside the Cleary's Ford Expedition.

Oyer also testified that there was blood found on the passanger side wheel of the Ford.

The unspoken conclusion was that MeLisa Cleary was killed inside her own home, and her body transported inside the vehicle to where it was found in Logan County.

The CSI also testified that blood evidence indicated MeLisa Cleary's body had lain in one position for some time before being moved to where it was found.
