DUNLAP, Ill -- A former Dunlap High School teacher was formally charged today with unauthorized videotaping.

Fifty-one-year-old Gordon Mills of Mapleton is accused of secretly videotaping students' undergarments. Mills was ordered to be held on a $7,500 bond.

The former teacher resigned on September 8, one day after a student allegedly discovered the videos on his computer.
