EAST PEORIA, Ill. -- East Peoria Police are asking for the public's help in locating two people of interest in the city's first homicide in 5 years.
Police are seeking Carlton Neely and James "Snoop" Johnson, both are 21 years old.
Neely and Johnson are suspects in Wednesday's double shooting in the 200 block of Elm street in East Peoria. That shooting left 21-year-old Justin Siebenthal dead and another man injured.
Thursday afternoon police recovered a car they thought the two men were using.
When they found the car, they took one woman into custody, but aren't explaining why.
Carlton Neely is 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. James Johnson is 5' 9" and 140 pounds. Both men are considered armed and dangerous.
