EUREKA, Ill. -- Brian Bowald, 50, of Eureka pleaded "not guilty" to Predatory Sexual Assault of a Child and Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse charges on Tuesday.
Bowald was arrested in January for allegedly having sexual contact with a child over a three year period. The child is now 10 years old.
Bowald faces up to 60 years in prison if given the maximum penalty on conviction.
He's due in Woodford county court for a pre-trial hearing in April.
