WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Congresswoman Cheri Bustos announced Wednesday she will partner with the non-partisan Concord Coalition next Tuesday to get feedback from her region.
She will be in Moline and Galesburg to talk about their federal budget priorities.
The workshops will have attendees work in small groups to acts as legislators and decide how to best balance the budget.
The event is free and open to the public.
The workshop in Galesburg will be at Carl Sandburg College from 2-4pm.
The workshop in Moline will be at Western Illinois University Quad Cities, River Front Building from 5:30-7:30pm.
