Crittenton Centers mourns death of longtime supporter

PEORIA, Ill. -- Crittenton Centers Board Emeritus and longtime Crittenton supporter Don Ullman has died.

He passed away Wednesday morning.

Crittenton Centers President and CEO Jennifer Orban described Ullman as a passionate advocate for the children, families and staff of Crittenton Centers.

She said he will be deeply missed by all at Crittenton.

In 2010, he was honored for his 30 years of involvement with Crittenton's Crisis Nursery where he contributed generously with his time and monetary contributions.

Ullman was also the former owner and president of Federal Warehouse Companies. He was a Peoria native and a graduate of Peoria High School.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
