WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The March jobs report is out and the news is solid.
According to a release from the U.S. bureau of labor, employment rose by 192,000 in March and the unemployment rate remained at 6.7 percent.
According to the report, a half-million Americans started looking for work in March and most found jobs.
Some believe the severe winter weather had a bearing on February's job report and this new report suggests the job market has mostly recovered.
March's job gain is a close match to last year's average monthly total.
