BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- McLean County prosecutors have dismissed all charges against the woman accused in the death and dismemberment of a Woodford County man because she's facing murder charges for it in that county.

Vishawn Mills, 24, was charged with concealment of a homicidal death.

Mills' boyfriend,Rayshawn Johnson, allegedly shot and killed Oakley Mitchell, 74, at his rural Secor home.

Police said Mills then helped him dismember Mitchell's body and dump it in the Mackinaw River in McLean County.

Mills is facing charges of first degree murder, concealment of a homicidal death and dismemberment of a human body in Woodford County.
