Rare 'blood moon' will rise Tuesday morning

You may want to stay up a bit later tonight to catch a rare glimpse of the moon.

Early Tuesday, a lunar eclipse will create a "blood moon". The moon will pass through the earth's shadow, and our shadow will give the moon a red hue.

Chief Meteorologist Chuck Collins says the best time to see the "blood moon" will be between 1 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.
