Salvation Army almost hitting campaign goal

PEORIA, Ill. -- With just two weeks left, the Salvation Army is short just 15% of its fundraising goal.

So far the Salvation Army's Tree of Lights campaign has raised more than $1,424,000.

With just a little more than $245,000, they'll reach their goal of $1,670,000.

Money from the Tree of Lights campaign helps fund the Army's programs through the year.

The campaign ends January 31st.
