WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The majority of Americans polled in a recent Rasmussen survey received their flu shots this year, despite a worse than usual flu season.
According to the survey of 1,000 adults, 52 percent got their flu vaccine.
Only 24 percent of Americans say they or someone in their family has had the flu this winter season.
Only five percent say they got a flu vaccine after hearing about how severe this flu season has become.
