WASHINGTON, Ill -- Tornado victims are starting from scratch, when they want to cook or bake from scratch.

A Washington small business owner is trying to help restore normalcy in the kitchen's of those affected by the tornadoes.

Lori Peifer, owner of Lori's Kitchen Store on the square has created a useful list.

She said it's a good starting point for people who need supplies to get by for now, or to completely re-stock their kitchen.

"We had several people that were very relived for the list, because it's a lot. Where do you start? You've had some things in your house 10, 20, 30, 40 years, where do you start with the lists? We had a lot of people that liked the fact that they can inventory, they can start over, they can make a wish list and people can gift them certain things," said Peifer.

Peifer can also help tornado victims get a quote for insurance.

You can find the list in the store or on her website
