MCLEAN COUNTY -- Authorities say remains were found by a fisherman about a quarter mile downstream from where an incomplete body was found last weekend.

Preliminary assessments suggest the most recent findings may be related to the death investigation of Oakley Mitchell. The 74-year-old is the suspected victim of a homicide.

Woodford and McLean County authorities found part of Mitchell's body at his rural Secor home last week.

His caregiver, Vishawn Mills, 24, and her boyfriend Rayshawn Johnson, 23, allegedly killed and dismembered Mitchell at his Woodford County home before dumping part of his body in the Mackinaw River in McLean County.

McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling said forensic DNA testing is necessary to verify if all of the human remains are from the same victim.
