PEORIA, Ill. -- An overnight porch-fire at a vacant Peoria home leaves tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage.
Shortly after 9:30 Saturday night, firefighters received a call from the 1000 block of Frink in Peoria. When they arrived, they found flames were largely contained to the front of the home.
Firefighters had the fire under control within minutes, and found no residents inside the house.
The cause of that fire is still under investigation. Damage is estimated at $20,000.
