MCCLEAN COUNTY Ill. -- Funeral arrangements for a firefighter killed Tuesday night have been finalized.
Christopher Brown, 39, was responding along with other members of the Hudson Fire Department to a crash Interstate 39 when a semi-truck hit the emergency vehicles.
Brown was fatally injured.
Brown was employed as a Bloomington firefighter, but was also serving on the Hudson department and had been with Peoria Heights and Morton.
Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.
Visitation is set Sunday from 4:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. at the Eastview Christian Church in Normal.
A firefighter walk through is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Funeral is set for Monday morning at 10 a.m. at the same location.
Brown leaves behind a wife and two sons.
A scholarship fund has been set up at CEFCU in Bloomington.
