WOODFORD COUNTY, Ill. -- A Woodford County man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old child.
Brian Bowald, 50, was arrested Tuesday on allegations that from January 1, 2010 to January 14, 2013 he sexually abused a victim that is now 10 years old.
Bowald faces four counts of Predatory Sexual Assault of a Child and five counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse. If convicted, he could face over 60 years in prison.
It is unknown how Bowald is related to the victim.
He is set to appear in Woodford County Court on February 19 at 11 a.m.
Bowald is currently out on bond.
