Rudi's Signature Sourdough - 2 slices
Chicken Breast, grilled - 2 ea. (3 oz.)
Tomato, sliced - 2 slices
Romaine Lettuce, chopped - 2 wz.
Caesar Dressing - 1 fz.
Parmesan, grated - 1 tsp.
Prosciutto, julienne, crisped - 2 Tbsp.
1. Grill bread in clarified butter blend.
2. Toss salad together with crisped prosciutto.
3. Build with lettuce and tomato on bottom, chicken on top.
4. Present as shown in photo.
