Ingredients

Monte Cristo Sandwich:

Wheat Bread - 3 slices

Ham and Swiss

Turkey and Cheddar

 

Batter - 1 cup

Raspberry Preserves - 2 fz.

Directions

1. Cut sandwich in 4 evenly sized pieces by cutting in half diagonally.

2. Dip pieces in batter and immediately float in deep fryer in 350* F oil for 3 minutes.

3. Remove, drain and plate.

4. Present with raspberry melba sauce as shown in photo.

5. Dust finished sandwich with powdered sugar.
