Recipe: Cavatoppi with Olives, Tomato and Feta Cheese

Ingredients

 Garlic, Chopped - 1 tsp.

Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp.

Parsley, chopped - 1 tsp.

Chile Flake - 1/2 tsp.

Kalamata Olives - 10 Halves

Cherry Tomatoes - 8 Halves

Lemon, freshly squeezed - 1/6

White Wine - 1 fz.

Butter Blend - 2 Tbsp.

Parmesan, grated - 1 wz.

Cavatappi Pasta - 6 wz.

Basil - 1 Tbsp.

Salt & Pepper - TT

Feta, for garnish top - 1 wz.

Directions

1. Saute garlic, parsley, and chile flakes in hot oil.

2. Add olives and tomatoes.

3. deglaze with lemon and white wine.

4. Add butter and bring to a rapid boil.

5. Heat pasta separately and toss in with fresh basil.

6. Pour into pasta bowl and garnish with crumbled Feta. Present as photo shown.
