An express bus company that offers fares as low as a dollar began double-decker bus service between Bloomington and Chicago and Bloomington and St. Louis today. became the first bus company in the U.S. to introduce intercity, double-decker bus travel in September. promises that the 79-seat double-decker bus will always have one-dollar tickets available for a limited number of seats.
