Caterpillar officials are concerned worker's compensation legislation will not put the state in a position to attract additional investments and jobs.
While they do not oppose the bill, CAT officials are encouraging the state to continue working "toward meaningful reforms that will improve the state's business climate."
The workers compensation reform bill passed the Illinois House Tuesday night and now awaits Governor Pat Quinn's approval.
