PEORIA, Ill. -- One of the issues Doug Oberhelman has been touting over the past year is the business climate in Illinois.
Oberhelman said expensive workers' compensation as well as tax rates in the state were part of the decision to put the company's newest facility in Athens, Georgia.
The Caterpillar President and CEO spoke with the Chicago Tribune about a wide range of topics, including why he's not planning on adding another facility in Illinois, government, and President Obama.
