Israeli Consul General visits Peoria

EAST PEORIA, Ill. -- You may or may not know there is a relatively new Consul General of Israel to the Midwest.

Last summer the Honorable Roey Gilad arrived in Chicago to assume his post as Israel's highest ranking official in the Midwest.

He sat down with News 25's Ashley McNamee before his appearance as guest speaker at Bradley University.
