Woman allegedly wraps duct tape around child's eyes, mouth

A bizarre story from Ohio results in criminal charges filed against a mother.

According to a report from The Morning Journal, a 31-year-old Ohio woman has been arrested and charged with two counts of child endangering for allegedly wrapping duct tape around her son's eyes and mouth, taking a picture and sending it via text message to the boy's father.

The boy's father reported the incident to police, according to The Morning Journal report.
